Brand new 2003. Beautiful 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa, which has been designed and furnished to an extremely high standard by the proud owners to provide spacious and luxurious living accomodation. Ideally suited for the elderly or disabled, as we have two master bedrooms with On-Suite bathrooms downstairs.
Situated on the Hampton Lakes Development The villa is a mere 15 minutes from Disney and the major attractions. For golfers there are numerous courses within easy reach of the villa.

GENERAL:
This spacious two story executive villa is ideal for a large familly or two medium size families.
The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated throughout, Security Alarmed for added safety. Cable television with 38 channels, Hi Fi and video recorder.
For the benefit of our numerous guests we have designated the villa (Non Smoking) however smoking is permitted in the pool area or anywhere outside the villa.
BEDROOMS:
5 Double size bedrooms consisting of 3 with american size double beds with On-Suites. One with 3 beds, and one with twin beds there is also a rollaway bed. We also have a crib and highchair available if required.
LIVING AREA:
The living area has ample room to acommodate 3 sofas. Coffee table. Television and Hi Fi system.
FORMAL DINING AREA:
The Dining area includes Formal Dining Table and Chairs, and occasional table etc.
KITCHEN:
The large well laid out kitchen is fully equipped and includes Large Fridge/Freezer, Cooker, Dishwasher, Built in Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Waste Disposal, Full set of Crockery and Utensils, There is seating area for 10 people.
GAMES ROOM:
We have recently added a new games room, and installed an 8ft Slate Pool Table. Foosball Table, and Electronic Darts
FOR SUN WORSHIPPERS:
The pool and Spa are Southwest facing, with a large heated pool and extended decking area and a heated spa, both of which are bathed in sunlight throughout the day. Screened pool enclosure with pool Furniture and loungers, and the added attraction of a Cabana Bath.
