Villa Kournedes sits above Gavalohori village with fantastic mountain and sea views, located a short distance from the village centre and 5 mins from the beach. Perfectly located for privacy and local facilities.

To one side is a luscious green valley framed by the rugged “White Mountains” with the valley leading the eye to the sea view across Souda bay. The villa is set back in cypress trees and accessed directly from the road by its own private drive.

Villa Kournedes is built on three levels: The ground floor has a spacious living room overlooking the large 40 sq m private pool, fully fitted luxury kitchen and cloakroom with WC. The first floor has three double sized bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. One having a large bath with shower (great for younger children.) The large roof terrace is ideal for private sunbathing and/or having drinks while taking in the commanding views.

Villa in Vecoli, Lucca Area, Tuscany, Italy

Two traditional old Tuscan stone houses located in the Lucca hills. Vecoli 1 has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9) and Vecoli 2 has 2 bedrooms plus sofa-bed (sleeps 7). They are situated on the top of the Vecoli Hill and share a private large garden with proper furniture (sun beds, tables, chairs and BBQs) and a swimming pool. 14 km from Lucca and 40 minutes from Pisa and Viareggio beaches.

The villa is situated 10 minutes walk for the centre of Kalkan, a beautiful Turkish fishing village on the Lycian Coast of South West Turkey.

The villa was built in 2005 and has the following facilities:
