Villa Kournedes sits above Gavalohori village with fantastic mountain and sea views, located a short distance from the village centre and 5 mins from the beach. Perfectly located for privacy and local facilities.

To one side is a luscious green valley framed by the rugged “White Mountains” with the valley leading the eye to the sea view across Souda bay. The villa is set back in cypress trees and accessed directly from the road by its own private drive.

Villa Kournedes is built on three levels: The ground floor has a spacious living room overlooking the large 40 sq m private pool, fully fitted luxury kitchen and cloakroom with WC. The first floor has three double sized bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. One having a large bath with shower (great for younger children.) The large roof terrace is ideal for private sunbathing and/or having drinks while taking in the commanding views.
