2 years of this villa is located just 20 meters from the sea, in an extremely quiet, but just 5 minutes walk from the elegant restaurants and shops in the new yacht harbor “Puerto Rubicon.” 15 minutes walk along the waterfront promenade takes you into Playa Blanca center of the charming village, and with a duration of 15 minutes on foot you can also use the next on the beach of fine sand. Ideal for all lovers of snorkeling, is the small turquoise beaches just outside the city. All rooms are easily into a modern and friendly. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a large courtyard and on the outside of the dining room with grill. The villa has views over the sea on the island Lobo, and beaches of Papagayo Fuerteventura from several parts. Very spacious living room below and playing with billiards table and games, ideal for children and families. The villa is only 30 minutes from the airport of Lanzarote and specially near Timanfaya National Park and other attractions.

Car essential if you want to visit other parts of the island, but not if you want a relaxing vacation with sun, shops, restaurants and beaches are in a very short walk away.
