Farm House is a traditional Andalusian Spanish with modern additions, situated in the green hills of Cap Marti in the famous urbanization The Tosalet Jávea beautiful. This area of the Costa Blanca, known as the orange blossom and the east coast in Cornwall with more sun. Rocky caps and berries with stunning views, a selection of beaches for all framed by the beautiful backdrop of mountains Montgo. Accommodation in 3 separate buildings, each has a chance of privacy and courtyard terrace is the perfect meeting and dining or relaxing away from the action of the pool. Located on 2,000 square meters parcel of the town is very friendly with people just a few steps away from 3 to the pool and terraces of 5 to lodge guests. This part of Javea focuses primarily on family villas, no travel packages operating in the region and is well served with a good variety of bars and restaurants and the road with a sandy beach to walk free - perfect for small children.
Bedrooms: Main villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1 down.
Master bedroom has a bedroom with a double bed and two single rooms have two.
Guests Lodge has 1 double room with double bed and one with 2 singles. The study has two single beds.
Bathrooms: main villa has 2 new bathrooms, bath / shower / WC. One is on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The lodge has invited 1 shower and toilet room.
The study has a bathroom and shower.
Cuisine: New kitchen in 2006, with 6 burner stove gas range with 2 ovens and grills. Eye-level microwave. Fridge / freezer. Bull until 2 sink with the length of hose spray valve. Integrated dishwasher.
Utility Room: LG 1200 spin direct sink and washing machine. Laundry storage.
Salons: interior dining room (rarely used) with 12 seats extension table with chairs for 8. Salon has 3 / 4 sofa seats and 2 seats. TV with 24 channels of English Major. CD player and recorder. Separate television with small tape player in the apartment.
Others: 12 seats in the outdoor dining area, patio, where most of the meals was normal (April to October) garden padded seat. A barbecue deck serves as a summer kitchen and guests can stay in the party independent of the main kitchen.
Cleaning / towels /
Bed linen / maid service: Sheets and towels every week with each change of sheets and towels (no beach). Clean weekly cleaning. Weekly pool and garden maintenance.
Notes on Housing
The plot of 2000m is flat with some not very suitable for children and the elderly who do not want too many steps. The ceiling fans in every room we do not like air conditioning and all are equipped with fire alarms. The kitchen has a carbon monoxide alarm that the butane gas stove (Portable bottle).

Accessibility
The town has a ground floor bedroom and bath on the same plane, although no en-suite is access without any action. There is also an alarm system that has a panic button which, when pressed voice gives instant access to an operator who speaks English who call the emergency service you need (police, ambulance, fire) and stay in line happen if the required services.
Outside
The private pool is 5m x 10m and terraces surrounded by grass and clay. There are 9 assortment of hammocks and lounge chairs in white. The barbecue has a fridge / freezer, sink and tiling of the food preparation area. It’s off-road parking for 3 cars and secure terminal closed by 2. You can walk to 3 restaurants and 1 bar / restaurant, but we recommend the use of the car in the summer months, especially if you have children or elderly to stay. Javea Arenal (beach) 3 km. Granadella beach (pebbles and rocks) 4 km. Portichol beach (a mixture of over pebbles and sand rock). Ambolo nudist beach. (gravel and rock). Also 2 km from the rocky beaches between the port and beach Arenal. Fish / recreation area also has a rock and sand stone with a reservoir used for fishing rod 4 km.

6 km from Javea golf. Sella (Marriott Hotel) Denia 15 km.
Trip
Valencia 114 km of motorway. Alicante 96 km of motorway. Although most of the town is within walking distance of a small supermarket (in English) a little over 1 km. Hiking in the summer heat is quite stressful.

Javea Old Town 5 km. Port of Javea 5 km. Many local beauty, cliff views within 5 km. Moria 13 km. Benidorm 40 km. with the famous Terra Mitica theme park with some of the best attractions in Europe. Benidorm Palace, is one of the most important stages of the world and shows to compete with any big city. Benidorm, Aqualandia water park. Valencia has a world-renowned Ocean Center. 114 km. Vergel, near Denia is a zoo 18 kilometers.
